1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns

All of our products are digital aerial measurement reports (Roof, Wall, Pavement, Blueprint, etc.). Since these are digital files delivered electronically, there are:

  • No physical products shipped

  • No requirement to return items

Once a report is delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Orders – If you accidentally placed and paid for the same order multiple times.

  • Incorrect Report Delivery – If we deliver the wrong report that does not match your order details.

  • Unfulfilled Orders – If for any reason we are unable to process or deliver your report.

  • Technical Issues – If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or unusable, and we are unable to provide a corrected version.

Refund requests that do not fall under the above conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • You ordered the wrong report type or provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong property address or specifications).

  • You changed your mind after the report was delivered.

  • You expected features or information not included in the product description.

  • The order has already been fulfilled and delivered correctly.


4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
